Consulting Services
Transaction Assistance. If you
locate a business that you would like to acquire, Private Equities can help
you evaluate the company and complete an acquisition. Deal structuring,
contract review, transaction analysis, negotiations, business valuations,
detailed financial analysis, proforma financial preparation, business
planning, arranging debt, and occasionally, equity financing, are some
examples of the transactional services we can provide. Our consulting
services can be a very cost effective way to get a market-savvy perspective
on your potential sale.
Valuation. Whether for a sanity check or as
required to arrange financing, a valuation of your acquisition candidate may
be appropriate. Since we are closely connected to the market and do business
evaluations solely for management purposes, our fees are significantly lower
than valuation firms oriented to valuations used for litigation support or
IRS disputes.
Business Development.
Once you own your new business, our EquiDesign™ Consulting Services are
available to assist you with building a strong, saleable company of
