Our firm was founded to invent and develop a system to discretely and effectively match buyers and sellers of privately-held San Francisco Bay Area manufacturing, distribution, sales, and service companies with annual revenues from $1,000,000 to $50,000,000.

What We Know.
After a dozen years and hundreds of clients, we know our system works. The market is complex and dynamic, however, so we know we must keep learning and continually improving.
